- Obtain homeowners insurance, survey, Mortgage payoffs and commission statement.

- Identify and clear objections

- Obtain loan package and review lender conditions
- Copy loan package for buyer
- Determine which bills are paid at closing
- Prepare HUD-1 settlement statement and Closing Disclosures (CD)
